Leif Gasch currently lives in Salt Lake City with his wife Lindsay and has been climbing for over 20 years. Growing up in Wyoming he called Lander home for a number of years and he cut his teeth on the bullet hard dolomite of the Wild Iris and surrounding crags. He continues to enjoy travelling to climb having visited destinations all around the USA and abroad, with favorite areas being Catalunya Spain, The Red River Gorge, The Fins, and Hueco Tanks. When he’s not travelling, he and Lindsay (and their two whippets) can often be found at areas like the Cathedral/Wailing Wall, Maple Canyon, and any one of the numerous small satellite crags surrounding SLC. He makes his living as an electrician and fancies himself as an amateur brewmaster. Future plans include extended trips to Northern Spain, as well as a nice long road trip state side.
